By using the services of Get My Legal Path Notary and Legal Support, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Service
Get My Legal Path Notary and Legal Support provides administrative legal support and notary services. We are not a law firm. Our services are limited to the clerical task of preparing documents based on the information you provide and performing notarial acts.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
No information provided by [Your Business Name], whether orally or in writing, constitutes legal advice. Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Client Responsibility
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide for document preparation.
- Choice of Act: For notary services, you must choose the type of notarial act (Acknowledgment, Jurat, etc.). The Notary cannot choose for you.
- Legal Review: We strongly recommend that you have all documents reviewed by a licensed Colorado attorney before signing or filing.
4. Fees and Payments
- All fees for services must be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.
- Notary fees are charged per signature in accordance with Colorado state law.
- Travel fees for mobile services are non-refundable once the Notary has departed for the appointment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Get My Legal Path Notary and Legal Support’s liability for any error, omission, or breach is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any consequential or legal damages resulting from the use of our documents or services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
