Remote I-9 Verification for Modern Teams.
We act as your Authorized Representative to physically examine required identity documents and complete Section 2 of Form I-9, ensuring compliance for your remote workforce across Weld, Larimer, and Boulder Counties.
Important Distinction: Notary vs. Authorized Representative
When performing an I-9 verification, the Notary Public is acting solely as the employer’s Authorized Representative. This is NOT a notarial act. We do not apply a notary seal; instead, we witness the presentation of original documents and certify the examination in person as required by USCIS.
