2. UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW (UPL) NOTICE

Get My Legal Path Notary and Legal Support provides non-attorney legal support services and notary public services. Our staff are not licensed attorneys and cannot:

  • Draft legal documents for you or choose which forms you should use.
  • Provide an opinion on the legality or effect of any document.
  • Represent you in a court of law or administrative proceeding.
  • Explain the legal meaning of any document or contract.

3. COLORADO NOTARY FEE SCHEDULE

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-21-529, the following maximum fees apply to notarial acts in Colorado:

  • Standard Notarial Act: $[Insert Your Fee, Max $15.00] per signature.
  • Electronic Notarial Act: $[Insert Your Fee, Max $15.00] per signature.
  • Remote Notarial Act: $[Insert Your Fee, Max $25.00] per signature.

Note: Travel fees and “convenience fees” for mobile services are separate from state-regulated notary fees and must be agreed upon in advance.
