- Provide an opinion on the legality or effect of any document.
- Represent you in a court of law or administrative proceeding.
- Explain the legal meaning of any document or contract.
3. COLORADO NOTARY FEE SCHEDULE
Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-21-529, the following maximum fees apply to notarial acts in Colorado:
- Standard Notarial Act: $[Insert Your Fee, Max $15.00] per signature.

- Remote Notarial Act: $[Insert Your Fee, Max $25.00] per signature.
Note: Travel fees and “convenience fees” for mobile services are separate from state-regulated notary fees and must be agreed upon in advance.
